【NeuroNexus客户文章】NEURAL MECHANISMS OF ALTERED SENSORIMOTOR PROCESSING IN ASD AND OTHERS

Alice Zheng et al with Brian Allman and Susanne Schmid at the University of Western Ontario used NeuroNexus A1x32-5mm-25-177-A32 linear probes to record from the pontine reticular nucleus (PnC) and A1x32-Poly2-5mm-50s-177-A32 polytrodes to record from the pedunculopontine tegmentum (PPTg) in Cntnap2 knockout mice, a model for neurodevelopmental disorders. Their work in IBRO Neuroscience investigates changes in auditory processing not apparent from an ABR test.
